More about me

Where have I been?

I am an Educator, Artist and Change Agent. My extra ordinary range of experiences encompasses International Banking, a Creative Practice, Academia and Business Consultancy. My main focus is working in the Creative Industries to support new business models and to create change towards sustainable regeneration. I have worked on several significant government funded projects and I am most proud of my role in the introduction of ‘Droit de Suite’ (Artist’s Resale Right) to the UK. My ‘climbing frame’ career (rather than a ‘ladder’) has given me an extremely useful skills set which I can apply in a wide range of contexts.

More about me or current projects:

‘Meltdowns’ an exceptional artist owned and run Arts Facility in the South East, supporting their plans for growth.
‘Weaving with People’ a new creativity led community of individuals and organisations formed to inspire and support change in others.
Supporting professional practice through my work in University and for the DBA and Crafts Council, while I continue my own creative practice and PhD studies.

What I’m talking about:

  • Forms of Leadership
  • Learning Organisations
  • Developing Value, Change led sustainable communities
  • The role of ‘making’ in creativity
