On the first weekend of March, people interested in service and customer experience, will meet all over the world. This is your opportunity to join a jam at Central Saint Martins in London.
In a spirit of experimentation, innovation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype completely new services inspired by a shared theme. At the end of the weekend, their collection of brand new services will be published to the world.

What is service design?

Service design is used to improve or create better services by making them more useful, usable, efficient, effective and desirable. It can transform environments, enhance communication or improve experiences.

This is achieved using people-centred approaches and co-design methods to create meaningful user experiences and deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

 

What is Innovation Management?

Innovation Management is a research and design-driven masters program at Central Saint Martins College of Arts & Design in London. The course integrates strategic problem solving, design processes, cultural research and business principles to create and manage innovation in order synthesise opportunities.
